Cancellation Policy

  • All appointments require a credit card on file to book

  • On first and second no-show, 50% will be charged to the card on file & credit will be added to next appointment (must be booked same month & same tech)

  • Third offense 100% will be charged, no refund, no credit, & 100% deposit will be required going forward

Cancellations should be made 24 hours prior to appointment

We understand life happens and are willing to be flexible during those times, however if it becomes pattern 100% deposit will be required at time of booking.
